This paper on the synthesis of ZnOBiOBR functional cotton fabrics with antimicrobial and photocatalytic properties by researchers from Wuhan University of Engineering and others was published in the important journal Carbohydrate Polymers.

In recent years, the research work of microwave chemical instrument used in the synthesis of materials has become a hot direction of scientific research, which has been paid great attention to by many scholars!

 

Abstract


An ultrasonic assisted synthesis method for fast synthesis of high water-soluble adenosine triphosphate (ATP) coronal Mn doped ZnS quantum dots. The ATP coronal Mn doped ZnS quantum dots, combined with the phosphorescence characteristics of Mn doped ZnS quantum dots, were used to detect arginine and methylarginine according to the special recognition properties of Mg2-ATP- arginine supramolecular system.

The QD probe has good selectivity and reproducibility (relative standard deviation of 1.7% for repeated detection of arginine in 11 10 mm) and low detection limit (3sL 0.23mm). It can effectively eliminate the interference of scattering light and self-fluorescence, which is beneficial to biological application.

Conclusion


According to the special recognition properties of the Mg 2-ATP-arginine ternary system and the phosphorescent properties of the Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots, an ultrasonic-assisted synthesis of an ATP-cap-doped ZnS quantum dot for selective detection of arginine and methylated arginine is discussed. The probe has good selectivity, good reproducibility and low detection limit. due to the effective elimination of the interference of the scattered light and the self-fluorescence, the prepared phosphorescence probe is beneficial to the biological application.

 

Application of Xianghu instrument in this thesis


The ultrasonic assisted synthesis of ATP encapsulated manganese doped ZnS quantum dots was carried out on the Xianghu microwave ultrasonic reactor (XH-300A, Beijing Xianghu Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.).
