This research was completed by a research scholar at Gansu Radio and Television University to discuss the optimization of ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of chlorogenic acid in peach blossoms. It was published in the important journal .

Abstract

Exploring the best extraction process of chlorogenic acid in peach blossom under ultrasonic-microwave synergy. Methods: Single factor test and orthogonal test method were used to optimize the optimal process for extracting chlorogenic acid from peach blossom under ultrasonic-microwave synergy. Results: The optimal extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid in peach blossom were: microwave irradiation power 300 W, ratio of material to liquid 1:25, ethanol volume fraction 70%, microwave irradiation time 60 min. Conclusion: Peach flower has rich chlorogenic acid content, and the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction process is simple, easy to operate and high in extraction efficiency.

Conclusion

Ultrasonic-microwave synergistic method is used to extract chlorogenic acid from peach blossom, which has simple process, low cost, easy operation and high extraction efficiency. The extraction of chlorogenic acid from peach blossom not only opened up a new source of chlorogenic acid, but also improved the economic value and medicinal value of peach blossom.

Instrument

Accurately weigh 1.00 g Peach flower samples, soak for 30 min according to a certain ratio of material to liquid (1:25) and ethanol (70%). After ultrasonic-microwave synergistic radiation for a certain period of time, leaching and filtration; the slag is further leached once under the same conditions, and the filtrate is combined twice, and the filtrate is concentrated and dried under reduced pressure at 60 ° C to obtain crude chlorogenic acid extract. . The crude chlorogenic acid extract was dissolved in 70% ethanol and made up to 100 mL to obtain a chlorogenic acid sample solution.
